Affiliate Program Disclaimer & Terms

1. Program Overview

The WORKWARS Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved individuals and organizations ("Affiliates") to earn commission by referring paying customers to WORKWARS Pro subscription plans. Participation in this Program is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to the terms outlined on this page.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms in full. WORKWARS reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with or without notice.

2. Right to Cancel or Suspend Participation

Without limiting the generality of the above, the following may result in immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:

• Spam or unsolicited contact — sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications in violation of CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam legislation
• Harassment or aggressive outreach — contacting individuals or businesses in a way that is harassing, threatening, misleading, or that creates a negative impression of WORKWARS
• Misrepresentation — falsely claiming to be a WORKWARS employee, representative, or legal agent, or making guarantees about outcomes that WORKWARS has not authorized
• Complaints from businesses or individuals — if WORKWARS receives credible complaints from businesses or individuals about an affiliate's conduct, the affiliate account may be suspended pending investigation
• Fraudulent referrals — self-referrals, fake accounts, or any attempt to artificially inflate click counts or conversions
• Regulatory or legal complaints — any complaint filed with a regulatory authority, consumer protection agency, or law enforcement relating to an affiliate's conduct
• Brand damage — any activity that, in WORKWARS' sole judgment, damages or threatens to damage the reputation, brand, or business relationships of WORKWARS
• Violation of these terms — any breach of these terms or the Affiliate Agreement accepted at the time of application

3. Commission & Payment Terms

Commissions are earned only when a referred visitor completes a paid subscription within 30 days of clicking your referral link. Clicks alone do not constitute a sale or earned commission.

WORKWARS reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit commissions in the following circumstances:

• The referral was generated through fraudulent, prohibited, or misleading means
• The referred customer requests a refund within the applicable refund period
• The affiliate account is suspended or terminated prior to payout
• The commission balance does not meet the minimum payout threshold of $50.00

4. Affiliate Conduct Standards

All affiliates must adhere to the following conduct standards at all times:

• Always clearly identify yourself and your relationship with WORKWARS when promoting the platform
• Never claim that WORKWARS provides legal advice, legal representation, or guaranteed outcomes
• Never contact individuals or businesses without proper consent where required by law
• Always include an opt-out mechanism in any email marketing communications
• Never use WORKWARS' logo, brand assets, or name in any way not expressly authorized
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection, privacy, and anti-spam legislation

5. Reporting Affiliate Misconduct

WORKWARS takes reports of affiliate misconduct seriously. Any verified complaint may result in immediate suspension of the affiliate's account and forfeiture of their commissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

WORKWARS is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or communications of its affiliates. Affiliates operate independently and are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

WORKWARS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program's continuity, commission rates, or earning potential. The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
