1. Non-Refundable Enterprise Software
All sales are final. The Advocate License and Premium Prime Radius spots are digital SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions. No refunds will be issued once a listing is active. WORKWARS is a software platform provider, not a law firm.
2. Data Transmission & Email Liability
WORKWARS is not responsible for the extraction or transmission of data between the end-user's device and the Advocate's firm. Data transmitted via third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, ProtonMail) is subject to the security of those external providers. The end-user assumes all responsibility for securely transmitting their dossier.
3. Cybersecurity & Malicious Payloads
WORKWARS encrypts evidence locally on the end-user's device. We are not liable for any cyberattacks, viruses, or Trojans injected by the end-user into their transmitted files. Advocate Best Practice: Always instruct potential clients to submit TEXT ONLY summaries initially. Do not open or download image, audio, or video files unless explicitly approved and verified by your firm's intake team.
4. Local Backup Responsibility
As an Advocate, you assume all responsibility for securely storing and backing up client data on your firm's native servers once contact is established.
5. Google Cloud Infrastructure & Security
To ensure the highest level of global data protection, WORKWARS is built directly on Google Cloud and Firebase architecture. We leverage Google's AES-256 encryption, DDoS protection, and server-verified timestamping. When WORKWARS rolls out system updates, we will notify your firm via the app to ensure you are patched with the highest levels of Google security features.
6. International Copyright & Compliance
WORKWARS is an internationally protected software suite. The end-user assumes all legal liability regarding their local one-party or all-party recording consent laws. WORKWARS assumes no liability for unlawful recordings captured by employees.
